Reservation Policy
- In order to confirm your booking you need to pay atleast 50 % of your total booking amount as advance
- The food charges will be extra and will be payable during checkout
- The charges are tax inclusive
- Planet Stays reserves the right to cancel any booking due to abuse or any other unexpected circumstances
Guest cancellation Policy
- As per the cancellation policy if you cancel your booking 14 days prior to your check in date then the 100% advance amount will be refunded.
- If you cancel the booking 7 days prior to check in date then 50% of the advance amount will be refunded.
- And if it is cancelled with in 7 days of your check in date then there is no refund.
- The refund amount will be credited in guest’s bank account in maximum 5-7 working days.
