    I recently stayed at this property with a group of 8 people, and it was a fantastic vacation. The comfortable rooms provided ample space for all of us, and the hospitality was top-notch. The view from the property was also breathtaking, adding to the overall experience. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation with a beautiful view.

    Just came back from this exotic , wonderful located property in Ramgarh. The property gives a clear view of Himalayan Range and has all the facilities. The care taker is quite excellent in all the works. Got the deal at a verya ffordable rates through Ms. Swheta who handholded all the things from the enquiry stage to till we were back to Delhi.
    Property is newly made and very clean, the food served was hot and according to our taste as we per the guest requirement. Milk for small children, hot water , snacks etc all was nicely done by caretaker Mr. Raju and his wife. Car parking is available.

    recommended for stay of atleast 3 nights.

    Apna Aasman.. beautlful villa with lot of aminities inside it… Sit in the living room and enjoy the most serene views. One of the best place to be to relax.

    If you want to break from city life and have qulity time with your family, friends and kids- this is the place.
    The place has good architecture and still maintains the elements of the traditional mountain House. Very Clean and well kept.
    Best is the Views that you can enjoy sitting on the deck.
    Sometime you can also get a view of snow capped mountains. Enjoy the morning view from bed rooms…

    A worth visting the place… Care taker is awesome and the in house food quality makes the place more worthy…

House Rules and Policies

Check-in Formalities:
We request you to kindly submit the IDs of all guests 13 years or above in age. This is required as per the Govt mandate.
Moreover, any pending amount needs to be paid online at the time of check in.

Check-in and Check-out:
Check-in time is at 1.00pm, and checkout time is at 11.00am.
Early check-ins and late checkout can only be accommodated for exceptional reasons, and based on availability. These may be chargeable.

Meals :
The meals can be ordered via al-a-carte. Any special request regarding meals for kids/elderly, can be catered by the chef.
We serve freshly cooked food which is prepared within the premises only. Please order your meals at least 4 hours prior so that the staff has adequate time to fetch raw material/ingredients.

Property Assets :
Please take care of the assets on the property. Any potential damages will have to be paid for as per the market price.

Heating appliances :
Please note that leaving heaters/electric blankets switched on while the guests are outdoors is not allowed. Guests need to be present inside the property where the heaters are plugged in.
Moreover, personal heating appliances are not allowed without the consent of the property staff.

Smoking inside the Villa :
Drugs are strictly prohibited on the premises & smoking is allowed only on the balconies and outdoor areas. We reserve the right to levy appropriate fines if there is any violation.

Music :
Please note that outdoor music is not allowed after 10 pm (as per govt mandate). Also, it’s allowed indoors post 10pm at moderate volume.

Outside guests :
Outside guests are not allowed without prior permission.

Staff Timings :
The staff will be available between 8am till 11pm with intermittent breaks.

Bonfire and Barbeque :
Bonfire charges are INR 1000/- per session and barbeque chef charges are INR 1500/- per session + ingredients would be charged separately.

Pet policy :
We are pet-friendly.
However, the pet should be well-trained, and we don't allow pets on sofas/ beds & linen. Please carry the bedding for your pet separately.
