House Rules and Policies

Check-in Formalities:
We request you to kindly submit the IDs of all guests 13 years or above in age. This is required as per the Govt mandate.
Moreover, any pending amount needs to be paid online at the time of check in.

Check-in and Check-out:
Check-in time is at 1.00pm, and checkout time is at 11.00am.
Early check-ins and late checkout can only be accommodated for exceptional reasons, and based on availability. These may be chargeable.

Meals :
The meals can be ordered via al-a-carte. Any special request regarding meals for kids/elderly, can be catered by the chef.
We serve freshly cooked food which is prepared within the premises only. Please order your meals at least 4 hours prior so that the staff has adequate time to fetch raw material/ingredients.

Property Assets :
Please take care of the assets on the property. Any potential damages will have to be paid for as per the market price.

Heating appliances :
Please note that leaving heaters/electric blankets switched on while the guests are outdoors is not allowed. Guests need to be present inside the property where the heaters are plugged in.
Moreover, personal heating appliances are not allowed without the consent of the property staff.

Smoking inside the Villa :
Drugs are strictly prohibited on the premises & smoking is allowed only on the balconies and outdoor areas. We reserve the right to levy appropriate fines if there is any violation.

Cancellation :

Music :
Please note that outdoor music is not allowed after 10 pm (as per govt mandate). Also, it’s allowed indoors post 10pm at moderate volume.

Outside guests :
Outside guests are not allowed without prior permission.

Staff Timings :
The staff will be available between 8am till 11pm with intermittent breaks.

Bonfire and Barbeque :
Bonfire charges are INR 1000/- per session and barbeque chef charges are INR 1500/- per session + ingredients would be charged separately.

Pet policy :
We are pet-friendly.
However, the pet should be well-trained, and we don't allow pets on sofas/ beds & linen. Please carry the bedding for your pet separately.
